Refund And Return Policy

Please notify us within 14 days after receiving your goods if you want to return it. If you’d like to return an order, please email hello@organalondon.co.uk with the subject line “RETURN OF ORDER” and we’ll get back to you. We’d appreciate hearing why you’re returning an order so we can continue to improve our goods and services.

The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and in pristine condition, with all of the tags remaining attached. Your return should include any extras, such as cover bags, that you purchased. All returns must be returned back to us in the same condition as they were originally packaged and packaged in the carton. Please make certain that the Organa London gift container is adequately covered with the brown box before returning the shipment to the sender. Customers may be charged a restocking fee if their returns are damaged and are returned back to them.

 

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn and in the same condition as when it was sent to you, with all tags remaining attached. All returns must be returned back to us in their original packing and box, together with the cover bag if applicable. Please make certain that the Organa London gift container is adequately covered with the brown box before returning the shipment to the sender. Customers may be charged a restocking fee if their returns are damaged and are returned back to them.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

If an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons other than our error, only a partial refund (if applicable) will be issued. These situations include: – Any item that is not returned in its original condition, that is damaged, or that is missing parts for reasons other than our error or has been used.

  •  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is subject to a restocking fee.
  •  Any customized product cannot be returned in any case.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

After your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to advise you that we have received and inspected your return. We will also tell you if your refund request has been approved or rejected.

In the event that your refund is authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment within 7 working days. No refund will be issued for customized products.

 

Delayed refunds (if applicable)

Before contacting us, please double-check your bank account to ensure you have not received a refund.

Once you have done so, please contact your credit card issuer as it may take some time before your reimbursement is actually posted.

After that, get in touch with your financial institution. It is common for refunds to take a few days to appear to your account once they are processed.

We ask that you contact us at hello@organalondon.co.uk if you have done all of this and you still have not received your money as soon as possible.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full-priced products are eligible for a refund; sadly, clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

 

Exchanges

We are pleased to give you an exchange on your shopping. Please send an email to hello@organalondon.co.uk specifying which item you would want to exchange your purchase for and why you would want to do so. No exchange is allowed in customized products.
